Paying every month myinsurance for bad service

I pay my insurance evermonth like clock work but wen I request a claim form they tell me they will fax it immidiatly n yet still @ this moment waiting for it they have no idea how much air time it takes to call them and as a customer I don't think its my job 2 follow them up for my request to make it worst I had 2 cancil my claim previously coz theywere incomupant on giving me the correct fax numbers for my claim fax. I don't believe I should pay for this kinda service!
