Lack of proper administration within accounts

HomeChoice has been a huge disappointment to me. Very The accounts dept consists of bad-mannered offencive ladies with horrible telephone manners within their accounts department questioning the arrears on my account! As per previous emails and calls I fail to understand why the debit orders have not been activated on my account. This was done on numerous occasions which then led to my account going into arrears. There is obviously a huge lack of proper administration within their accounts department which then become their clients problem.

Now on the 31st of July 2013 a double instalments was collected from my bank account from HomeChoice without my consent.
