Sneakers loose soles

Hi,

I did not want to post this on hellopeter but I could not get hold of anyone at Adidas.
I need to get in contact with someone from Adidas. I bought my first pair of Adidas sneakers 3 months ago and the soles are coming loose. This has never before happened with any other brand of shoe I have had.
