I'm standing in a queue about to pay for my items then a lady just comes in and skips a queue and stand right next to another paying and when they called for the next customer to pay I went there as she found me standing in a queue and she claims that I was not standing in a queue and was focusing on my child and Cynthia comes and claims she saw her first before me and I ask them where does their queue start and they point exactly where I was standing and they give me this bad attitude and say I can pay but because of that I just told them to cancel my items and I left the shop. They should be trained on how to treat their customers fairly. Even the store cameras can show the whole thing.
