Worse Pick n Pay in South Africa

I am a very unhappy disappointed client that unfortunately made use of Pick n Pay Golden Walk, but dont worry never again will you see me! I have never seen such a logistical nightmare, it was just caos and no body to take responsibility for the poor service!!

I waited over 20 min for a 500 ml cooldrink, the lady in front of me through her stuff down and walked out!!!

What a disgrace! I will make sure that the word is spread and that this pick n pay gets used less and less every day... nothing spreads better than the words BAD SERVICE!! The staff... oh my word how rude and unhelpful, what a joke!!! I hope Shoprite gets all the clients from this center cause seriously Pick n Pay doesn't deserve it at all!
