I placed an order over the internet for a bag. There is an 1-2 week delivery period. As I only visit South Africa once per month, I contacted Meekel to inquired if there was any chance that I may collect the bag as I would be in Durban the next week-end. A gentleman by the name of Bobby Hugill contacted me straight away and offered to enquire if this would be possible. His assistance was exceptional and he went beyond the call of duty to make me a very happy customer. I am in Durban now and will collect the bag. THANKS SO MUCH!
