Great Service

I was landed in a situation where I had documents in Johannesburg that needed to be collected and delivered to me in Durban, that same day, before 3pm that afternoon. After being told that this was not possible from our usual courier company, I had contacted TNT.
I had spoken to a lady by the name of Maria, who offered exceptional service. (Unfortunately I did not get her surname)
I really felt that she had gone the extra mile to try to ensure that those documents were delivered to us that same day, and to add they came well before 3pm.
She was friendly, and kept in contact with me, as well as the company in Johannesburg to do what she could to make the collection from their side quick and easy.
It is really a breath of fresh air dealing with someone who is extremely competent, and will go the extra mile for customers in need, as opposed to just telling me that its not possible.
So well done TNT for having staff such as Maria who are so dedicated to customer satisfaction.
We will definitely be switching to TNT as our regular courier company :)
