I opened an account in April at Game and purchased, on the application form I allowed GAME to deduct an instalment on my cheque account on 25th of each month. I noticed that no deduction was made on my cheque account and my credit status has been updated positively on Transunion. I called GAME at 0861 00 22 33 to find out why is there no deduction for the month, I was told that no instalment has been caculated for the month and the first instalment is due on 25 May 2013.

During May 2013 around the 16 day of the month I received an SMS stating that I owe twice the normal instalments, I called and was told that my account was deducted and the debit order was not honoured. Whe the call center agent verified my account details she noticed that she had an incorrect branch code on the system.

I agree to paid twice the instalment and GAME promissed to correct the negative listing at Transunion on 21 May 2013. This has not been corrected and when I follow up at 0861 00 22 33 the call center agents are giving me a hard time, and I am not allowed to speak to a senior person.
