I was injured in a car accident January 2012, Rcs Insurance Department paid Tempoary Disability on my Rcs and Game account for 6 months. I went back to work in October and at the end of October I paid my Rcs instalment. When I visited Game store I wanted to purchase items I was informed theres a hold on my account and its blocked I should contact Rcs. I spoke to 4 ladies on the 17 November informing them about my situation, the 1 lady Charlene said they will help me all I need to do was give her my Branch Manager on duty telephone number to confirm employment, I did this and after not hearing anything from her I called back to discover that that is not the process and that I should call the insurance department on Monday and they will assist me Nuraan said. I asked to speak to the manager before I leave work at 12:30 but she found some time to return my call after 2 only. Nevertheless this was the start of my horrific experiences with staff from Rcs and Games call center agents, calling me and shouting at my to pay my instalment as I am now in arrears as I refused to pay November and Decembers instalments because I told them my cards are equivalent to Dummy cards. Theres alot more.
