CLIENT SERVICE IS A JOKE AT GAME!!!

I settled my account the end of April and only today i got a pathetic response!!! it takes you guys half a month to reply on a request that's so PATHETIC for clients service! At game you cant complain about the service cause there is no service!!! even with the instalment calculations is like fighting a losing battle I'm so sick of dealing with incompetent people at Game is just plain disgusting!!! Dont know how long its gonna take me to actually close this account???
