Poor service gone worse

I launched a complaint last week on the 14th about poor service regarding my faulty bed. On the 15th a guy from the shop called me. He asked me to explain what was wrong with the bed? As patronising as that question was. I gave the amusement of explaining again to him what the problem was. He flat out told me that he did not remember me. I recognised the voice that he was the one who helped me (rather gave me the run around) the first time. Lo and behold: he did it again.
Moses told me that they would get back to me. That what he needed to do was check with the Sales Rap of the bed manufacturer (Serta) and also if they had stock available. Its now the 22nd and not received any call from him. My question is this: is there an end to this tale of dishonesty from House & Home? What ever happened to the Feedback/Response to what you promise a customer? Or is there a fine print on my Bed Contract that I am not aware of, that says "buy an expensive Bed for Cash that will go faulty after a few months and we will promise you nothing, and when you come complain we will give you the run-around until you give up"?
If that's so, I wouldn't have bought the thing! This is my plea for help.
