Pure BREACH OF CONTRACT

I had a contract with this security company, I wanted arm response and that is what I was paying for. Every time I would expect them to respond to my alarm they would give an excuse. With the help of their employee, I escalated this matter to their top management (I think it was Mr Jansen, will have to check my records). There was no improvement. Then I was told that my contract was handed over to the new company in my area without my concern. I would rate them 1 out of 20 now they hand over to some company I never heard of. I wrote a letter to inner city to advise them that I am canceling the contract. They then referred me to some clause in the contract (fine print) that they have renewed my contract. I could not be bothered. They then went to plan B just to make money out of nothing, now they claim that they came to my house to get their radio and it is, charged me thousands for that. Question is when did they come and who did they find. They call once in a while to check if I still remember what happened. I do not bother taking details as they always promise to call again later and they just disappear. They can ask Lorraine she will tell them how often I complained
