Constantly wrong prices and bad attitude

Prices displayed on the shelves are constantly wrong. For example, Ceres Junior Juice has had shows a price of R 15.99 when scanned at the till the price is R 16.99. It has been like this since end of November. First few times I was sent to the refunds counter, where I got really bad attitude from the teller. The last time (02 January 2014) I requested that it be sorted out at the till (that day there were also other items with wrong codes). The teller told me that she does not put the prices on the shelves; I must go to the refunds counter. I asked her to call the manager, she called the supervisor. It took 15 minutes to sort out the issues. While the supervisors were walking around looking for the prices the cashier sat as if she was on the beach. Spread out on the chair chewing her nails. Her name is Daisy. This service is unacceptable. At other branches you get the items with that are priced wrong for free, at Northgate you don't even get an apology for the incontinence. This is not about the R1 or R2 price difference, but about the total lack of customer service. The queues at that branch are always long and from the many till point they have, only a third is open at any time
