Last week Tuesday I lodged a complaint about the slow service was getting at Jet Store/Hollard cellphone insurance. Same day in the afternoon I got a call from Jet the gentle man who phoned me asked me few questions and promised to call me again the next day. He did phone me told me the insurancce gave me a new phone i must go to the store. Thank you Jet for a quick respond.
