NO HELP AT ALL!

At the beginning of the year I was called by Standard bank to persuade me into changing my insurance, I ended up switching due to a better offer (or so I thought) from Hollard Insurance. I had an accident last week 24 April 2013. Submitted my claim on the 25 April 2013. I requested a rental car included in my policy on the 26th April 2013, was told by a service consultant that they would send me a sms with the reference details and it would be sorted that afternoon. After 4 phone calls still nothing! I ended up with no car! Eventually called again Monday morning and managed to get a car midday on Monday (29th April 2013) I was told on the 25th April that an accessor would access my car and get back to me within 2/3 working days. I received a call on Wednesday from Exiliti salvage co-ordinators saying my car has been written off, NO EXPLANATION, NO REPORT AND NO VALUE? They requested original registration docs and my spare keys to be sent to them. I sent through a mail with questions before I send the necessary and accepted this. I received a call from Hollard yesterday afternoon stating the same thing Exiliti did. I am paying for a SERVICE!! can someone respond?
