Monday - Application for data package in store. All documents in order. Systems offline. Documents left with store to apply and give feedback once system online.
Tuesday - No response from store. Call them, worker who helped on Monday is not at work that day. Ask the person who answered the phone to help. "Yes Sir, I will check on its status and phone you back." No return call.
Wednesday - Call the store once again. original salesperson at work today. Will check on status and return your call. Call returned, only to ask me questions about the application. Which therefore means it was not made on Monday as promised, or left for another worker to see to it on Tuesday. Only 2 days later the application gets put in. Once questions were answered I was promised a return call to update the progress. I never received it.
Thursday - Call the shop once again to be greeted by blaring music in the background and a HELLO! as if I am now interrupting them from doing something important. Speak to sales lady, "I will check and call you back" I refuse and insist she check now. 5 mins later she returns to the phone. The credit check is still ongoing. Usually takes 24hrs. 24hrs? I applied 4 days ago?
