Damage to brand new furniture

Moving along...(pardon the pun)... I asked one of the movers to please connect the pins to the drum of my washing machine and he and one of his buddies looked at me like I had just been delivered to my kitchen by a ufo. After giving them the packet with the pins in and asking them that simple question, they opened the front part of the washing machine and just through the packet of pins into the machine. Luckily I saw what they had done. I immediately removed the pin packet and asked them for tools so that I could show them what to do. NO TOOLS... I just cannot believe that a company that professes to be an international furniture transporter has NO TOOLS IN THEIR TRUCK. Funny that, now that I think about it, they probably took the tools out of the tool box and replaced with their mini bar...

...back again in 5 days...
