My P17 Led Lenser flashlight did work 100%. I took it to Awesome Tools, within 1 minute it was repaired with new parts, NO cost, just a big smile.
My Dad is really tough on any tools. This is the second time he got close to destroying his Leatherman Blast. I took it to Awesome Tools today and guess what, they did not have the replacement part in stock. Now this is where the difference comes in. I was handed a documents to sign together with a brand new Blast for my dad.
All I really want to say is that AWSOME TOOLS ARE AWESOME!!! Thanks to everybody.
