No Steve no service

Went to have a watch battery replaced but they could not assist me because Steve is off. This is unacceptable, get more people to stand in for him if he is not around. Its like going to a restaurant and they tell you they cant serve you because the Chef is off. Poor poor poor service from Edgars.
