Complaint about after service

I bought a Jensen Car Radio 7"LCD on the 10/06/2013 at Hi-Fi Corporation, Newcastle, KZN. The salesman Mzwakhe advised me about the installation voucher of R 199.99. I bought one and they refer me to the allocated technician. After installation they told me the technician will be held responsible if anything went wrong. I went back to them after I saw the radio freeze and I have to restart it the whole time. They took it to the technician for check up and the technician told me it is my fault, he won't be able to help me.
