Incompetent staff

One of the worst shopping experience of my life. I spent over 2hours trying to purchase a tv. Not only did the staff misinform me about company policy but two sales rep were fighting over who should get the commission!!! This was unprofessional and very uncomfortable. All staff members lacked urgency. In conclusion avoid the store at all cost!!!
