Amazing service

Good day,

I'd like to send a huge compliment out to a manager of Woolworths Foods at the Colosseum in Century City Cape Town.

Her name is Natasha and she was VERY helpful with regards to my query over the phone.
I left the store without the cashier giving my airtime slip and called customer services who put me through to Natasha. Natasha then gave me a call back as I didn't have much of my own airtime and told me she will look into asap at the cashier's till and will call back. She called back and gave me my airtime pin number over the phone immediately and told me she would phone me back again to see if the airtime went through. And as promised, she did call back and it went through successfully.
I would like to let management know that this type of service is amazing and I am very grateful for the effort, ownership and friendly service I received from Natasha.
