EXCELLENT SERVICE

I, Natasha Thorne am a proud account holder at Woolworths, George CBD. I week ago I bought a six pack long life milk at the store. I used three boxes already and upon opening the fourth box, found that the remaining three were sour. I was immediately panicking cause I was sure that they wont' take it back seeing that I used three already. Well on Friday, 12 April 2013 just after 15h00 I took the three boxes to the customer service desk and asked whether they can help me. A very friendly man from foods came, addressed me properly, made me feel that I am important and simply said, that he will go fetch me another six pick, without question.
He was friendly and professional and gets full marks on Customer Service!
