When budget wanted me to move from my previous insurer, they would call me daily, even up to 3 times a day. Now that I need to sort out an issue, no one phones me. I have sent about 6 requests for a call from them over the Internet, no response!!

The issue is, they want to up my premium, because my car has not been inspected.

Budget told me to go to their registered service provider glasfit, to have the vehicle inspected.

This was done in February of this year. I get a message to say premium will now be increased because they have not received the inspection report from their service provider.

Budget pick up a phone and call me like you did so many times when you wanted my business and I'll give you the inspection number. Or get hold of YOUR service provider Glasfit and get the details from them.

Why threaten your client with increased premiums?? Get someone on the phone and sort it out!! Don't send me an automated robotic SMS!!
