Wrong goods received and returned

I ordered a book and received CDs instead. i applied online to have the CDs returned on 6 January 2014. The CDs were collected from me on 10 January 2015. I am still waiting for my credit to be done so that I can actually order the book that I originally wanted. According to my order it states that what I had ordered was a book. I telephone them on a daily basis and speak to various people each time who promises me that they will call me back. Yesterday I phoned them again and spoke to a lady by the name of Shayanawaz who promised to call me back after she gets in at 09:00 and after she has looked into this. She told me that she will personally attempt to sort this out so that I can get my credit and then she'll phone me. It is now 13:38 and I have still not received a call and/or email and my credit is still not showing. I would like this matter resolved asap and when a consultant promises to call me back, they must do so. I am extremely frustrated about this and the service in general!!!
