Lewis Stores and I go back a number of years with pathetic service from my Home Theatre System to my flat screen 50" Tv.

My TV was taken for repairs, with the warranty still valid, I was not given a replacement TV and had to request one. After a week I received the replacement TV, my TV came back after repairs with no power cable at all. I had to use my computer power cable as they are compatible, (after spending R10 000 on a TV I think i have the right to an appropriate power cable from the supplier) i called in to request my cable, the cable was apparently misplaced and I was given a double headed computer power cable as a replacement. Since the repairs there is a solid black line in the middle of the TV running horizontaly across the TV. This line has never appeared prior to repairs, the workmanship and service at Lewis Stores has been an absolute nightmare, I even had to take the TV their myslef. I am stuck with this line in the middle of the TV running across. I have no means of ever purchasing their neither do any family memebers, I will be taking this up with the Head Office.
