On 25 Oct I spotted 2 pairs of shoes @ Charles & Keith that I wanted to buy but I only left the store with 1 pair as the right foot shoe of the 2nd pair could not be found in the storeroom by Lindo (saleslady). I offered to pay for the 2nd pair as well to secure it but Lindo wasn't comfortable with that and assured me that she'd look for the missing shoe and call me when found. The said shoes were on a 70% off promo @ R195. On Mon, 4 Nov Lindo advised me that the shoe had been found and I promised to collect on Fri, 8 Nov due to shorter business hours on Mon-Thu. Upon collecting the shoes yesterday, they scanned -R400 and when I disputed the price, I was informed that the promo was over despite the shoes still having a 70% off sticker & R195 price on them (I have pictures to prove it). I own 10 pairs of C&K shoes and bought all of them @ The Glen thus know most staffers by name and wanted to resolve this without engaging HelloPeter. With this in mind, I asked for Emily (manager) to explain the history behind the shoes but was advised that she had knocked off.
