Incompetent Staff

While Charles and Keith offer some beautiful products, at affordable price, I will not be venturing to the store again. I have made two different attempts to purchase bags at the Cradlestone Mall store: the first time, despite there being at least 5 members of staff hanging over the till counter, all of them were too busy to retrieve a requested item from the back room- so I left. Second attempt: there must have been a flooding problem at the store, there were puddles of brown water everywhere and the store stunk like sewerage. THe staff made no attempt to help, I asked what had gone wrong with the water and received a snotty mumbled answer. Once I had managed to get someone's attention and asked them to retrieve an item, she gave me a dismayed look (at having to enter the flooded area of the store) and then returned within seconds saying that the only bag they had was the one on display.

The people at head office need to be aware that having untrained, uninterested staff is losing you money. I would happily spend my money on your products, but I have been completely put off by the staff. I would recommend sending a secret shopper into the store to see how bad it is 1st hand.
