Wrong settlement amount

Relebogile Lefakane, 9102040260080, Lensia, Russels, Lounge suit, I paid the settlement amount on the 23 March 2013, 4 months later I got a call from the the JD group advising me that that I'm in arrears. I then visited the brunch and advised them about the call they told me they'll look into it, then they called me and told me some client of theirs made a payment onto my account, so I still owe the them. I fail to understand how is it my problem
