Piece of metal found inside grilled chicken

My mother lives in Wetton and must make use of public transport to get anywhere, unless her kids, who all lives in Northern suburbs, take her to Wynberg, Claremont, etc. Which means she cannot go to the shops on a daily basis and depend on her kids. We took her to Pick n Pay Constantia where she bought food of over a R1000. One of these items was a grilled chicken. When she opened the chicken, we found a piece of metal inside the chicken. I phoned the customer care line and gave the details to Mandi, who will arrange for some one to get back to us. When they phoned, my mom was informed that the chicken was from the Jewish counter and the piece of metal forms part of this parcel. According to us there was no indication that it is a Jewish chicken except the word 'kosher' on the liable. When I phoned Pick n Pay Constantia on 0217945031, Tanya confirm there are no metal pieces placed inside any kosher chickens to indicate that it forms part of the the Jewish religion. This info confirm that the Customer Care centre to us. We still have the piece of metal with our slip and any one is welcome to come and look at it.
