Biltong has maggots in it

The day before yesterday, my wife went out to buy some groceries, including some 250 rand's worth of biltong from our local food lovers market. Today, the entire bags worth of biltong is full of little white maggots, and the smell of it is horrible. This was the first time since buying I handled the product- I immediately noticed the smell. And after looking more closely at it - MAGGOTS. Luckily my wife only ate a few pieces. This is just disgusting. How can you sell meat to anyone in this condition?

If she gets food poisoning from this, you will be hearing from a well informed law practitioner. This is just unacceptable.
