2nd time I am asking for my bill

Hi,

I have not been receiving my my bill for my Connection Card in the post since November. I have asked before but the reply was not satisfactory. I also emailed you via your: Contact Us" page yesterday but thus far there has been not reply. I have no idea what I owe or what my outstanding balance is. I also don't see why I should have to waste my airtime calling only to be cut off.

All I am asking is for my bill for November and December to so sent to my email address and that the remainder of my invoices be sent to my email address.
