Maggots on my biltong

On Saturday 16 November 2013 I went and bought a packet of biltong from the Ferndale Spar. When I got home my partner and I started eating the biltong and after a few bites my partner looked at the biltong and what we noticed were MAGGOTS!!! The entire packet of biltong was full of MAGGOTS!! We had just eaten MAGGOTS!!!
I rushed up to the Spar and asked to speak to the manager. After what seemed forever the supervising manager came to talk to me and when I explained to him what had just occurred he looked at me with a blank facial expression!
He then offered to replace the biltong!!! I explained to him that there was no way we were going to be eating anything from that shop again and when I noticed he was not even going to offer me my money back, I insisted!!
He gave me my money, took my contact details and told me the manager would call me.
Today is Thursday!
After such a traumatising experience of eating MAGGOTS the lack of any response, in fact ANYTHING at all from Spar is completely shocking!!!
