Cheated on purchase of biltong

Two weeks ago, we made our monthly shopping trip to Food Lovers Market, Gateway, Centurion. My kids and myself always love the biltong here. However this time we felt robbed and cheated. At the bottom on the biltong packet was bits and pieces of off-cut biltong, like leftovers of all different types. This was certainly not what we saw the lady put into the packet before she weighed it...?.My kids were so dissapointed and so was I... Ripp off
