Maggots in a baked pie

On the 01/12/2013 I bought a chicken and mushroom baked pie from the fruit and veg city at food lovers market at the greenstone mall in Johannesburg. My dad had a slice and got ill. The next day we found maggots in the pie. I phoned the store and spoke to the supervisor named themba I was told they have fresh food but sometimes the staff put the old food back on the shelf that they didnt mean to sell me bad food and I should bring it back the next time I shop there. I am beyond disgusted that a food market can sell us rotten food then say sorry we didnt mean it but sometimes it happens
