Unable to deliver promised service

I applied for a new contract online. I have done this a few times before and knew what to expect. I therefore made double sure that the agent repeated my order back to me and made any necessary adjustments. I also stipulated that the phone must be deliver during certain hours of the day only. This is because I actually work during working hours, and cannot get away to receive a delivery. I received my phone via delivery: the wrong delivery time the wrong phone wrong colour wrong contract period! I then went to the local shop who was unable/unwilling to help me, saying that it is a 'CELL C DIRECT' issue. I had to then spend countless amount of time on the phone trying to sort this problem out. They still have not picked up the wrong phone. It's now been more than three weeks since I placed my order, and still no phone. Out of the five Cell C agents I spoke to, only one seemed competent and interested (and it wasn't the original sales agent or the people at the shop). I am tired of spending all my free time on customer service lines, sorting out issues caused by other people's incompetence. I am tired of being sent from pillar to post, with no real results.
