I have paid R3258 on 20 december 2013 on my account for the month of december. Today I received a statement accompanied with a letter stating I am in arrears, my shopping ability is suspended, my credit record is affected. I have paid way in advance so I cannot comprehend their actions.i will lodge a formal complaint with the consumer protector and I am definitely going to the media.
