VVM HARASSMENT

I am not one to make formal complaints but this has gone too far now. Its a matter concerning TV licenses. I do not know how many time one has to pay a TV license. I paid my license in August 2013 and received a letter from SABC about 2 weeks later acknowledging receipt of payment. Soon after i received an SMS from VVM stating i was in arrears and i sent the scanned receipt with together with the letter to them via email. They sent more sms's to which i then sent via fax. Only to receive a letter via post still stating i haven't paid and they are taking legal matters. Today i received another email stating i am in arrears. What really do they want me to do. It seems being a law abiding citizen can come and bite you back.
