This is my Third report about the same issue, ever since am waiting for Rochell's feedback, she promised to call me back, I tried calling her on Friday, she said she'll call me back, noting, I called again today, they said she's not at her desk, she'll call me back, still nothing, . Please I want this order to be removed so that I can settle my account. What does consumer act says about this, THIS IS REALLY AFFECTING MY CREDIT RECORD SINCE YOU CANT GIVE ME A SETTLEMENT AMOUNT UNTIL THE ORDER IS REMOVED. If 'management can't help, who then must resolve this, its been 2 weeks now, every time i get the same story" by Friday it will be resolved ". Do i have to beg you to remove this order of which I did not receive?
