Unfair/less refund on an account

My name is Ms. LA Matona I agreed with homechoice on a 24 months payment on goods purchased, unfortunately i had challenges that prevented me from honoring my promise, as a result my account was handed over to VVM collection company. To cut the matter short, on the 20/05/2013 VVM company promised to give me a settlement amount but it took them some time do so, on the 21/05/2013 i them went to make a payment of R3500.00 after making the payment i was send a settlement amount of R2881.51, which means i overpaid them with R618.49. Immediately after i received the settlement amount i called homechoice to inform them about the difference of payment. They promised to call me back with the refund and i was told that only R170.00 was due to me, i told them that the amount promised was not enough. I called homechoice on the 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28 of May 2013 without any help. Until i called on the 29/05/2013 & I spoke to Karisma at 16h05 who was very rude & hung up on me. I laid a complaint with the team leader Ihtisham whom promised to come back to me within 48hrs. Today its the 03/06/2013 & i haven't heard from homechoice as promised. This is UNFAIR customer practise, i'm very UNHAPPY
