What should have been an awesome time in my son's life turned into a nightmare. He worked hard and saved to buy the love of his life a beautiful engagement ring. It had to go for resizing and a month after he got the ring they got engaged.By that time their guarantee period had ALREADY EXPIRED.
Two months after they got engaged the resizing area discoloured. And then the fight began. The bottom line is this... they tried to blame his fiancee for damaging the ring (utter rubbish), they would not admit they were at fault (but eventually remade the ring... why if there was no fault??), would not refund his money so that he could have a GOOD QUALITY ring made somewhere else... never apologized (but then no apology can make up for spoiling someone's engagement)...
I do not want them to contact me... I REALLY WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM!!!...but for everyone out there... when buying jewellery... check if they belong to the Jewellery Council (which they do not) and their guarantee period... Jewellery should last for generations and if any company thinks so little of their own quality that they will only guarantee it for 2 weeks... STAY AWAY!
