Overdue refunds, false promises and no call back

I have supported Kalahari for so long, I can't even remember when I first started buying from you- its been at least 10 years. I have also been a seller on Marketplace since you launched it. I am usually blown away by the quality of service & have referred you to many people. In the last 6 months, this has all changed & I am really shocked at how bad the service has become. One of the many examples of this: I ordered a number of games (which were on special) on the 4 Dec, one of which was Dead island: Riptide. When I received the order, I discovered that I had been sent the wrong game. I immediately phoned the call center & the gentleman I spoke to assured me that he would have the parcel collected & a replacement game would be sent. Parcel was collected on 9 Dec & to date, I have not received a replacement game or a refund. I have spoken to at least 10 different consultants, most recently Orion (who said she would phone me back & didn't) & Paul (who said he would sort out the problem and has not replied to my e-mails since then). I have gotten so frustrated that I phoned & asked to speak to the manager. Ricardo said Ashleen was busy and she would phone me back - this didn't happen
