Kalahari Marketplace not paying their partners

I listed 6 text books for sale via Kalahari Marketplace and have sold 4 of these to date. The first order was placed on 19 December 2013 and the item was sent, delivered and successfully collected by the customer on 6 January 2014. I uploaded the SAPO tracking number related to this order via my marketplace account on 20 December and according to the payment terms on the Kalahari Marketplace site, should have received the payment into my nominated bank account, from Kalahari within 15 days of uploading the order's parcel tracking details. To date I have received no payment for this order although the marketplace order status reflects as "paid". They also claim to have paid the 2nd book that was sold and sent in January 2014 which was also collected successfully by the customer. I have not received a cent. I am now minus 4 text books and when I contact Kalahari support desk to speak to the Kalahari Marketplace, I'm blocked by customer support and told "they'll pass the message onto Marketplace Support and will get back to me". They refuse to provide any proof of payment but want me to prove I haven't been paid by e-mailing my bank statements to them!! Is this just a?
