I had a bit of a bad experience with an order that I did for a limited edition copy of a computer game recently, but after one of the Kalahari consultants contacted me with an apology and explained to me how their refunds work etc, I accepted the error and decided to give them another go.

As it is getting closer to Christmas, I decided to get my son a few pc games to keep him occupied and placed an order for 6 nice little inexpensive Disney games.

Very excitedly I opened the box, just to find that one of the 6 is a totally different game from the advertised one. (Both picture and description were wrong). Yes, I was a totally peeved off since we already have the game and it is the second order in a row with an error, but their customer care was really great and they offered me a voucher and promised to fix the picture and description on their site for future buyers. I chose not to waste money sending a R50 game back, and all in all I think their customer service does make up for human error, especially in this very busy time for all!!!
Thanks Kalahari, you have changed my mind and I will definitely consider you for future purchases.
