Wrong Uno accelerato

I bought accelerator cable for Uno on Wednesday and the guy I bought from gave me the wrong one, then i went back on saturday to exchange around 12h45 and the guy told me that he is out of stock they will call me on monday to come and get another before 13h00 and they didn't call me until i phone them at 16h30 and they guy i spoke to told me that no one knows about the cable i'm talking about he said even the people who helped me on saturday were not working which is wrong because they even gave me a receipt for deposit.
