Did not fit accelerator cable as requested on jobc

On 05 April I put a call to car service city for a service for the 09 April. On the job card I requested for the replacement of the accelerator cable to be added. On 09 April I phoned Danie to check if cable was added to jobcard who confirmed it was done. On same day I instructed him also teelphonically to replace the cable. At 17.00 my wife collected the car and as she drove out of the workshop the cable broke. The company did not fix it but just connected it with a cable tie without taking any responsibility or offer to get it fixed
As i got home i checked the quote given to my by the company of all defects and what parts needs to be replaced and on this quote they have also added the cable to the list of replacement.
I phoned Danie the following morning requesting an explanation why the cable was not fitted and his answer was that he has not stock and that I must first work thru the list decide what I want to replace contact him wait three days and then I can bring my car in
three days later I am still waiting for the price of the quote suggested for replacement and no feedback on the cable
he is rude and not help at all he also committed to phone me which was not done
