DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS!!!

I have 2 complaints regarding this place:

1) There are SIGNS that say DO NOT SIT on the stairs yet people do - and the security at the store does NOTHING to move the people

What happens if there was a fire or some other emergency? How does one get out quickly and safely?

2) My dad recently bought himself HP Laserjet Professional M1210 printer but it came with no usb cable. There was no mention of NO USB cable on the box, nor did the salesman inform him of this.

Luckily he had another cable at the office.

WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU?

WHY CAN'T YOU IMPLEMENT PROPER MEASURES TO ENSURE CUSTOMERS ARE
A) SAFE
B) HAPPY???
