Going to CPA with this

On November the 11th 2013 I went to Dion Wired Boksburg to buy my wife a new washing machine, tumble dryer and a dishwasher. The total cost including warranty extension was R37000.00 - I was promised delivery on this within the week.

Surely, as their promise was kept, I received my three appliances within the first week. When we un-boxed them I noticed that the Dishwasher was broken (the door was bent) and immediately contacted them. They had no stock of the item and had to order for me which would take me to December. I agreed. It is now the 17th of January and still no delivery of my Item. I was even promised an inconvenience voucher and I am now so fed up that can stick their R300.00 voucher. REALLY!!! and this for a world class retail store - Not on guys. Not on!
