Spiders in Grapes lead to shifting blame

I bought a box of Grapes from Woolworths Food and upon eating through a bunch I discover a dead Sac Spider that has made and laid eggs in that bunch.
I expressed my concern numerous times on public forums and even went to the store itself and all they do is want to blame their supplier. I bought my grapes from Woolworths and I want Woolworths to rectify my problem, not the supplier.
