Customer harassment & treating them like criminals

I have an account with Mr. Price home and i have been paying my account as per agreement until things slowed down a bit on my side regarding my finances; i have informed them about my financial situation and made arrangements that i will pay the arranged amount of R570 and honoured the arrangement but regardless of payment i still get threatening calls and messages that i will be handed over and that my interest will go higher if i don't make another payment immediately... i mean whats the point arranging the payment if they're still threatening and harassing me for payment; i mean taking my interest up is only going to result in me not being able to pay as i am in a bad space financially... this is really not helping i feel they're just prolonging me settling the account and that's what they probably want. i really do not appreciate the treatment as i am really trying and have honoured the arrangement ever since; this is really not a way to treat any customer. this treatment has really made me feel like never doing business with them ever again in the near future as they treat people like criminals; am even scared to answer my cell phone when they have started.
